Q: What’s your return policy?

All returns/refund are accepted with original receipt and within 15 days of purchase. Final sale items include: any compression garments, bathroom items such as bath seats, transfer benches, raised toilet seats, shower stools unless deemed a manufacturers defect; then measures to follow the manufacture’s refund/ return policy will be taken.

Q: Do you have a service department?

Yes, we can fix wheelchairs, scooter, walkers, lift chairs etc. Even if you did not purchase it from us. We can have our technician come to your house to do an assessment. There is a $85.00 charge for a house call.

Q: Do you special order items/equipment?

Yes, if we do not have something in our store or on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us as we special order various equipment for our customers. We ask for a deposit if its something we do not stock.

Q: Do I need a prescription?

Depending on the item needed a prescription maybe requested. For instance, you will need a prescription for a compression garment. Please contact our office for more information.

Q: Do you deliver?

Yes, we do city – wide delivery’s daily. Minimum charge of $19.00
